The objective of the Quarterly Conversation is to discuss what's working and what's not working in three major areas: Core Values, Rocks, and Roles. The Quarterly Conversation is one of the most important tools for maintaining strong and healthy relationships with your direct reports.

  2. Then, click the down arrow next to the “New” button:

  3. Select the Quarterly Conversations template

  4. Remember, the goal is not to have a performance conversation or have a form. You can bring notes to have a focused conversation, but it is not a performance evaluation.
