The Scorecard is a set of 5–15 high-level numbers that let you know your business is on track to hit its monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. Every team or department has its own Scorecard, and each employee has at least one Measurable.
When we see deviations & problems, we can track the root cause & make improvements in our approach.
